Raising awareness among at least 100 people about manatee protection through workshops, the creation of environmental clubs and the installation of a manatee statue on a roundabout in the municipality ;
Training and equipping 10 eco-guards to monitor manatee populations ;
Developing tourism by training four eco-guides, building two observatories and developing an ecotourism circuit.
