Principales activités
Strengthen law enforcement by training 24 new rangers in the use of SMART for patrols;
Develop and strengthen the species monitoring programme through camera trapping efforts (30 new cameras) and coverage of less than 5% to 50% of the conservation area to help us effectively implement species and habitat management programmes;
Improve stakeholder involvement in forest governance and management, particularly by engaging the new government administration inaugurated in October 2022 at the same level of support as the previous government administration;
Explore and develop national tourism businesses to improve direct and indirect socio-economic benefits for at least 20% of the local population by 2024.
