Improving governance and sustainable management of forest resources through the creation, training and support of 15 village management associations and 15 hunter associations or groups;
Training and equipping 30 eco-guards (two per village) to enable daily patrols;
Joint demarcation of the forest with village management committees;
Raising awareness among 750 children from neighbouring villages about the protection of the Hlanzoun forest;
Training and equipping 10 beneficiaries in beekeeping;
Creation of an ethnobotanical garden to ensure the renewal of ‘pharmaceutical’ resources and attract tourists.
