Principales activités
Restoration of essential habitats, including breeding sites, resulting in the restoration of 34 hectares;
Publication of at least one article in the journal Conservation Evidence, with a report on lessons learned posted on our website and shared with partner organisations;
Three communities, comprising 300 households, have benefited from improved and diversified livelihoods, enabling them to move from unsustainable subsistence farming and logging to sustainable forest management;
The establishment of CREMA governance structures in CREMA 1 (the Yawkrom area), with all villages involved;
Raising awareness among approximately 3,000 local schoolchildren and teachers, as well as more than 5,000 adults from three new communities, about the amphibian extinction crisis, the importance of amphibians, and the measures that can be taken to protect amphibians and their habitats.
