The PPI is hiring an Organisational Development Officer

The PPI is hiring a consultant to lead the organisational development of PPI partners in West and/or Central Africa.

This position is ideal for someone experienced in the organisational support of civil society actors, comfortable with both biodiversity conservation issues and project management and fundraising — ideally with experience in West or Central Africa.

We’re looking for someone who knows the funder landscape well, enjoys collaborative work, intercultural relationships and fieldwork, and who can support partners over the long term with autonomy and strong interpersonal skills. Excellent command of French and good working knowledge of English are required; a command of Portuguese would be a valued asset.
